Meet my Upin & Ipin

My boys are big fans of Upin & Ipin and sometimes call themselves Upin & Ipin. Let me do a brief introduction first before I cerita further.

Meet Akasyah, my eldest, he's 6. A perfectionist, sedikit OCD I think, but not too serious. He likes routines, which is good because I don't have to wake him up for school. He's usually up before everyone else. But can be a pain because he gets really anxious when I don't stick to his routine. And kalau lambat ambil from school, I will get a long nag from him. He's the house prefect la. Right now ni, because he's 6, he has started losing his baby teeth. Satu-satu gigi dia goyang and jatuh. He complains dengan sedihnya, "Bunda, kenapa Akasyah dah rosak ni?". He's upset because he has no control of keeping his teeth in order. Kesian pulak kan?

Now meet Akalil, also known as the clown, our in-house entertainer. He was once upon a time, a very quiet baby tau. Started talking when he was 2, itu pun pelat. But now, he's 4 and 1/2, he will start yapping the moment he opens his eyes in the morning and stops only when the battery is out. Tadi, sent him to bed. Both were already in their beds when I left the room. Closed my door, 10 minutes after, a knock. Akalil came in and offered to sing a song for Bunda. Kasi chance la. He sang the Alif Ba Ta song. And to be fair, he sang Transformers for Maiya, because Maiya loves Transformers. After that, told him to go back to bed. He left the room, but 5 minutes later, another knock, Akalil asked if he could sing Jingle Bells pulak. I, of course had to say NOOOOO!!!! GO SLEEP NOW!!!

Why I want to blog about them? Because I want to document their stories ni, so that bila dah besar I can ungkit satu-satu. Haha. Can be good reference for their wedding video kan?

Up till now ni pun, I have so many stories to share. But note, all these stories ni, langsung tak funny when it happened. Sampai I had to hide myself away so people won't know they're with me.

I give you one example. Went out to get baking supplies for my bakinglab project. Walked into a shop, the shop owner macam sedikit on the heavy side la. Akalil saw her, and said "Eh awak gemok la!". I wanted to run out of the shop kay!

Another incident, we were at the barber to get their haircut. While waiting for their turn, masuk lah a boy and his mother. This boy ni, badan besar la. And of course they just had to say something kan? "Besarnya dia!" Nasib baik the mother tak marah. Boleh lagi main-main with them. BUT, when the kakak came in, and she was bigger than the adik, my boys dengan muka tergamam nya went, " Waaah, Bunda! Macam mana dia boleh besar macam tu?" Aiyoooooooooo, I panicked! Didn't know how to stop them from saying more, called my husband to come to my rescue!

So, watch this space for more stories of Kasya & Kalil, my very own Upin & Ipin.
